I think so too! with Kaname ending up as Yuuki's brother Zero somehow just seems like the obvious choice. Though i'm pretty sure we're gonna have to wait forever for them to end up together! lawl

I think the best choice is Zero since Kaname is her brother but Yuuki's feelings for him are strong. I want her to be with Zero!

I think yuuki will turn up with Zero because if you read the manga Ruka(Loves Kaname) tells others that now yuuki will be suffering for zero's love so it is v=zero for me^.^
